PLANTER (START IN MARCH)
As a planter, you make the first step in the vegetables’s growth. Sitting on a machine behind a tractor which works on GPS, you carry the crates and place the plants in the gutters so the machine can put them into the ground. Planters usually work during the day because of the better visibility and light, but the hours can change according to the weather conditions.

HARVESTER OF THE FIELDS
For harvesting various vegetables in a harvesting team, you ensure that the required crops are harvested on the land. The work is manual where you are supported by a harvesting machine. You work in a team with around 20 – 25 people and your supervisor. The supervisor is telling you exactly what you need to do to make your job easier. You must be prepared for physical work, which means mainly kneeling work. You are able to work in shift (including night shifts) depending on the weather conditions. Rain pants, knives and supplies to work you get from the company for free.

SUPERVISOR
You start your day with checking if your team is complete. You receive the planning by the management so you know what and how many products need to be harvested. Good quality is very important. You are able to motivate and stimulate the team of around 20 – 25 harvesters. You help people and show them how to harvest the best and easiest. You are in direct contact with the tractor driver, who ensures that the cars are changed on time. You help and you create a nice atmosphere. You ensure that the light administrative work is carried out correctly.

TRACTOR DRIVER
You take care of the daily transport of fresh vegetables from the field to the cold stores. You do this with a very modern tractor and trailer for which you are responsible yourself. Being able to ride safely and smoothly with this combination, loaded with vegetables, is very important. You work in combination with the group and supervisor from the field. Tractor driver’s license is required!

PRODUCTION WORKER
For processing, packing, repackaging and preparing various freshly harvested vegetables in a very modern (cooled) production hall with associated processing lines. As part of the production team you stand at these processing lines and ensure that the daily orders are prepared. You work in a team and with your immediate colleagues on the processing line. You are separate in a three group system.

EXPEDITION WORKER
As part of the expedition team, you are responsible for the supply of fresh vegetables in our cooling hall. You work on an electric pallet truck and load and unload the fresh vegetables from a truck. You ensure that the products are in the right place in the hall. You work in a team and you are separate in a three group system.

HARVESTER GLASSHOUSE
You work on the harvesting line which means you must be physically good prepared because it is standing work. Your main responsibilities are preparing and packing fresh lettuces, which are growing in crop gutters. You work in a team and with your immediate colleagues. You are separate in a two group system- day shift and night shift.
